Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We start by reviewing the code, the infrastructure and how the product is used, then recommend what to keep, fix or rebuild. Prototypes built with AI tools or by freelancers are a common starting point.
Do you only build what we specify?
We build to an agreed scope, but we also question it. If something in the spec will not serve the business, we say so before we build it.
How do you price development work?
